My textbook says that the answer is 3, それから. Why is that? How would you answer this question?

e.g.  私が帰るまでに部屋を掃除しておいてね。それから、雨が降ったら洗濯物を取り込んでね。

Carp-san's answer is absolutely correct except that he/she says "それから" means "because of that...", which is misunderstanding. If it were "それだから", "ですから", or something like that, however, it would mean the same as he/she says. On the contrary, "それから" here just means "and". It is a coordinating conjunction you often use when you would like to add a few words to what you have just said or refer to another thing.

I think you can answer this by excluding the other answers, which would roughly be "but" , "therefore" and  "if that."

それから is saying "because of that..."

だから could be correct, but the end of the prior sentence is "ですから" so I think that would sound redundant. The other two choices don't really make sense in the context.

Thus それから is saying "because of what I just mentioned..."
