What does Inti 3arfa al-3arabiya mean
I saw it written to someone on another forum, any one can help?

inti=you (female)
inta= you (male)
3arf = know ... and 3arfA with A in the end means he was talking with female if he was talking with male he should write 3arf
so its meens
do u know arabic or do u speek arabic

it means do you speak arabic in the egyptian dialect
٢٣ أغسطس ٢٠٠٩
It means " you speak arabic"
