My account stopped accepting new and old students and I changed nothing on my account settings I’m a new teacher to italki but I was getting quite a few new lessons and several new students said they wanted to rebook me which made me excited. However, I received no new bookings in the last couple days which felt odd considering how many requests I was getting. Then I went looking on my account which said “teacher is currently not accepting lesson requests.” My account is currently set to accept all so that is not the problem. I am now loosing students without the ability to gain new ones. Can someone help? I contacted support but I thought I may get some help here as well. Thank you
