Is it correct to say ''My first teacher was you'' ? If someone ask me ''who was your first teacher?''. Is it correct to answer ''My first teacher was you''. or ''You were my first teacher'' ?

Yes, the grammar is correct. BUT if the person is still your teacher then you should reply in the present tense. "You are my first teacher."

"You were my first teacher." OR if they're still your teacher, "you are my first teacher." "My first teacher was you" is grammatical, but it sounds unnatural.
