Bonjour Responsable de compte, en tant que poste dans la publicité et le marketing. Dans la grande distribution (retail industry) on dit 'responsable compte clés' ou même 'directeur d'enseigne'; dans ce dernier cas, cela correspond plus à 'key account manager'.
