This is the correct sentence from a VOA recording:
"The cars that end up at the Cohens' junkyard hold endless surprises, and every one of them can get a second chance."
'Cohen' is the name of the father-and-son partnership who own the junkyard: they are the Cohens.
Considering this sentence was distorted by the very heavy accent of a Russian (?) presenter, it hasn't done too badly. Note that Russian speakers have a lot of trouble differentiating between 'oh' and 'oo' sounds, which is why 'hold' sounds like 'who'.
I hope that helps.

The clause “every one of them can get a second chance” is grammatically correct. The part before that is unintelligible. I’ll try to analyze it for you, but there’s little point. “Coins junkyard” makes no sense, and it should be “coin” anyhow, from a grammatical perspective. The phrase “endless surprises” is a problem, since we need a verb in that position, but “endless” is an adjective, implying that “surprises” is a noun. Also, the word “who” needs to refer to a person, not cars. Where is this from?
