I would use "has got" if I wanted to emphasize something about the windows or the number of windows - "My bedroom has got two windows, but I only have one set of curtains." If I didn't need any special emphasis, I would just use "has" - "The bedroom has two windows, and the bathroom has one. There is a large picture window in the living room."

Yea this is fine but you will rarely hear a native speaker say "has got". In spoken english the 'has' almost always joins the noun before it. So native speakers would probably say "My bedroom's got two windows." Also "My bedroom has two windows" is fine too. In general, if you always use contractions whenever possible your english will sound more native!

"Got" is not okay for "has" in American English. It is incorrect, although this doesn't stop it from being used in very informal speech. I think it comes from the contraction in "I've got/it's got" being dropped.

For me "My bedroom has two..." I hear many Americans say the equivalent of "My bedroom got two...". No idea whether it is formally correct there, but a guy who taught American English online, once insisted "got" was ok for "has". I think mostly because of this "got" on its own ugliness, I avoid "got" even more than before.

Yes, you can use “has” or “has got”. Alternatively, you could say “There are two windows in my bedroom.”
