Is there any difference between そうもない and そうにない? Hello again. Is there any difference between そうもない and そうにない? Do these two sentences have the same meaning? 今日雨は降りそうにない。今日雨は降りそうもない。 Kindly advise. Thank you very much! :D

They are almost same, but 今日雨は降りそうにない　is a speculation. On the other hand, 今日雨は降りそうもない sounds speculation + feeling little bit . In this case, "unlikely" but just a little bit
