Vozač is a masculine noun. Vozačica is the feminine noun. The official name for the occupation "vozač motornih vozila" (literal: driver of motor vehicles) is the masculine noun and that's the official qualification in Serbia. It's written on your diploma if you obtain this qualification. The education lasts for three years and beside other skills you have B and C licence covered if that's the case. Therefore, even if the driver is a woman, she'll be officially called "vozač motornih vozila". She won't be called "vozačica motornih vozila". In everyday language people will most likely use the term "vozač" even for women, but lately due to popularity of gender-inclusive language, you may stumble upon the word "vozačica" in newspapers. However, it isn't the official qualification as when it comes to the vast number of other qualifications, such as "biolog, ekolog, inžinjer, teolog,..." You also hear far more often the term "vozač" used even for women in everyday speech. This may be the reason why the word "driver" is translated only to the masculine noun - "vozač".

"vozač" is a masculine form, but it's also an occupation, and in Serbian, up until recently, occupations used to be only in a masculine form, even when the noun is feminine.
