Hay una diferencia entre "nos quedamos sin comer" y "quedamos sin comer?"
Como se puede decir cada una de las dos en ingles?
Creo que, por lo menos, uno de estos es traducido como "we ended up not eating".

Ambas expresarían lo mismo. En Inglés sería algo así como "we run out of food"

It'll be the same as "we ended up without eating", the 2nd sounds a little weird, but it can apply on a certain context like on a meeting among friends "we agreed not eating/quedamos sin comer", "quedamos" can work as an agreement here.

La verdad ambas significan lo mismo pero considerando que uno siempre hablar español, lo mejor es decir siempre "Nos quedamos sin comer" es más práctico y se apega mas al idioma.
