They are not synonyms no:
Estate generally relates to a large amount of land that someone owns but can relate to property.
Inheritance relates to what you have taken ownership of in the event of someone’s death.
Bequest is what the dying person does to hand over their inheritance.
In one sentence:
Steve was set to inherit a small fortune after his billionaire father bequest his entire estate to Steve alone, neglecting all his other children.
