Hello, 4- was left " When I got to the station, I realized I had left the train ticket at the hotel." 'was left' is a past simple tense in its passive form ,which doesn't fit in this sentence. You have to use the active form and use the past perfect tense " had left" to refer to an action ( leaving the train ticket at the hotel ) that happened prior to or before another action ( getting to the station) in the past.
