In Chinese, we'd like to say some expressions which include the words related to specific animal that is one of 12 shengxiao. 12 shengxiao are Mouse, cow, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, cook, dog, pig. This year is tiger (last year is cow)

Then you can say 虎年吉祥，hunianjixiang.  虎虎生威，huhushengwei.
