If we are always happy.....We may not be able to understand the value of Happiness. Don't expect much from people.......don't expect much from life.....

if we always happy and no unhappy how would we understand that we are happy or not?

Hi Sonia.Of course it’s hard to feel happy when there’s always something on the back of your mind. However, many people do it. Maybe bad things have happened, but it’s human nature. You can’t really change those people, but you can change yourself. Be happy just to be happy. When you’re thinking about all of the things that are wrong in the world, you forget to think about all of the amazing things in this world.
