Actually I believe the translations in the first 2 answers are more literal and not how se dice en ingles. I mean really verdad mejor dicho es "I send greetings"? That sounds like something a Martian would say when visiting earth for the first time. Por favor. The pregunta was como se dice or how do you say. En ingles se dice "Sending my best regards" or "With my best regards". You would never say "Sending you a lot of greetings". Or "I send greetings!" when corresponding in an email or letter. At least I wouldn't
