Both ok for me but if someone is beginner,I suggest they go to swimming pool.It's for keep people's safe.

i think its better to swim in the sea.cause in the pool mostly crowded and theres lot of people swimming its hard to imagine if some one piss in the pool, cowboy...

i think i prefer the natural sea

while i m in the sea, i feel like a part of the nature
