They are basically synonyms, but I feel like there's a different idea carried with each word.
---
journey - A trip that will last a while; or a trip that is quite far in distance.
"I'm going on a journey around the world!"
"During my journey, I will visit France, Egypt, and Mongolia."
voyage - I usually see this word being used with trips across the ocean (or space travel)
"Our voyage included a stop in Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico."
trip - It's more of a general word used to describe some sort of travelling; can replace "journey" and "voyage" in the above examples
tour - Usually a trip that includes more than one stop
"Our tour took us to Japan and Korea."
OR - "tour" can also mean to explore a place (also called "sightseeing")
"We took a tour of Beijing." -- "We explored Beijing."
travel - Well, this is a verb, usually, which can't replace "journey/voyage/tour" in the example sentences; basically means "to take a trip"
"We will travel to England this year."
travel (noun) - "I enjoy air travel."
travels (noun) - "I have been to ten countries during my travels."
---
In the example sentences, "journey", "voyage", "trip", and "tour" are all nouns. They can be used as verbs and also have different verb forms, so if you would like to see examples using the words as verbs, let me know.
Also, let me know if you have any questions, and I can try to explain myself better, haha. :)
