me interesa saber como decir la parte de "tanto tiempo", esto se refiere a que desde hace mucho tiempo dos amigos no se ven

hola, como estas?: Hello, how are you?!
tanto tiempo!: It has been a long time! / It has been such a long time (since we have seen each other)! / Long time no see!

or "It's been a long time"
Note: "It's" is a contraction for "It has"
