on dis generalement:bonne continuation , à qui on veux ou bien souhaite la reussite , mais la continuité de quelque chose c'est son enchainement et son développement au cours de temps .

La continuation est une action et la continuité, un état.
On dira : " Vous avez fait un bon travail, bonne continuation."
