As far as I understand from your words the following meaning of the word "bail" is meant. "Bail" - money that somebody agrees to pay if a person accused of a crime doesn't appear at their trial. When bail has been arranged, the accused person is allowed to go free until the trial. He was released on $20000 bail. "To bail" - to release somebody on bail. "To bail somebody out" - to pay somebody's bail for them "To bail somebody out of something" - to rescue somebody from a difficult situation. In movie "you bailed" means "You can be free because you are bailed(that is somebody paid money for you)

to bail = to drop out in the middle of negotiations or an arrangement It comes fro warfare, I think. When the army is charging, some people change their minds and drop out. That is called bailing.
