"You of all people know that." and "You all know that." They're the same?

No they are not the same. The first one is more specific and relates to only you.

"You of all people know that" means you specifically , in particular should know that better than anyone else and it doesn't exclude others from knowing in this case.

They are NOT the same. You all know that = everybody knows this You of all people know that = Out of everyone, you know this because you have first hand experience(it doesn't mean exclude other people from knowing though)

they aren't. but this one seems of equal meaning: 'all you people know that' = 'you all know that.' :)
