Hi，could somebody tell me if below sentences are both right？Do they have different meanings？ Thank you！

A cat with gloves catches no mice.

个人感觉哈，in更多是“在手套里面的老鼠”，而with更像是“带着手套的老鼠”😜

I suppose what you are trying to express is
"A cat wearing gloves catches no mice".

“In” is a better preposition because the paws of the cat are literally in the gloves. “With” can also be used but you should say “a cat with gloves ON”.
