Avi, Something to consider is that in the English language we most often indicate the positive or negative at the beginning of our sentences "I don't have..." or "I do have...". It is very common to even begin our sentences with yes or no. For instance, "Yes, I have a blue pen." and "No, I do not have a blue pen." are both acceptable sentences in English, and neither is considered offensive.
