أَلَمٌ أَلَمَّ أَلَمْ اُلِمَّ بِدَائِهِ إِِنْ أَنَّ آنٌ آنَ آنُ أَوَانِهِ
This is from Almutanabbi poem, its beautyness and uniqness that even for native speakers it's hard to read it without seeing the accents (fat7a, damma, kasra)
And even though the words look and sound almost the same, each one has a different meaning
Translation:
What a pain I had, without knowing its cause
When somebody's moaning, then it's the time for him to heal
