Sometimes I choose a budget airlines. Of course I aware that cheaper option does not have the same facilities. So If I choose this kind of airlines I shouldn't complain. Last time when I booked a professional airline on the board we got a lunch, beverages and many other facilities. The journey was more comfortable and pleaser.

Last time, when I booked a professional airline, on board we got lunch, drinks and a lot of other things included. The journey was more comfortable and pleasant.

Sometimes I choose budget airlines (repeatedly and more than 1 so we need plural= no article (a) I'm aware that cheaper options (plural) do not have When I booked a full service airline, on board (set phrase, no article) we got lunch, beverages (this is correct but old fashioned - using drinks is better) The journey - was more pleasurable Good job! Nice choice of vocabulary.
