Anyone knows a good google chrome extension to get 'vocal' text-to-speech translation in japanese. The only one I found was from BrowserForPC (https://browserforpc.com), but it's just too expensive. I am looking for a free one. Thanks.

why not just use the google translate website, paste text in the box then click the speaker button at the bottom of the box to hear it spoken. it supports japanese text to voice.
