Sugar is very dangerous to our health. As we all know, sugar can cause weight gain which is linked to obesity. Sugar causes glucose level unstable. Avoiding sugar is necessary if you don’t want to have diabetes. It causes the skin to lose elasticity which means you may have wrinkles. Nowadays, there are a lot of healthy drinks that contain sugar substitute or sweetener which are better choices.

Great job once again! I have the opposite health problem: my sugar level is low. So, I have to eat fruit with honey twice a day and a piece of chocolate after lunch.
