I’m not a fan of Yoga. However, my roommate does. I realized that when she did this sport, her life has become more and more balance. Beside , her characteristic also becomes easygoing, friendly and less of frustration. So, I thinks Yoga not only helps people to improve their physical health, but also to enhance mental health

Besides, she has become more easygoing, friendly, and less frustrated. So, I think Yoga not only helps people to improve their physical health, but also to enhance mental health.

I realized that when she does Yoga, her life has become more and more balanced also her character becomes more relaxed and easygoing, friendly and less full of stress. So, I think Yoga not only helps people to improve their physical health, but also to enhance their mental health
