Record yourself describing your average day

Actually, I get up at 9:30 a.m. After that I check my Instagram page and read many news from the Guardian and the BBC. Next, I'm making breakfast with my mother. Then I turn on my laptop and check many programs and doing my work for 2 or 3 hours . In fact, I'm an architect and I usually do a lot of projects in my bedroom. Afterwards, my mother prepares lunch around 1 pm. Sometimes, I take a nap around 3 pm for 1 hour. And I begin my English course at 4:00. Till 10:00 p.m. Also, I watch a lot of video on YouTube or watch a film till I sleep.

Todas las mañanas, tomo tiempo para meditar diez minutos. Después estudio el español por más o menos una hora : escucho dos cursos de "Language Transfer", repaso mi vocabulario y aprendo nuevas palabras en Memrise. En fin escribo un texto pequeño en iTalki. En este momento estoy buscando un trabajo, por lo tanto, voy en LinkedIn y candidato a unas ofertas de empleo. Trato de hacer ejercicio frecuentemente, pero solamente quando encontro la motivación para hacerlo. Habitualmente en la tarde veo mis amigos para seguir al bar o surfear, pero estamos confinados en casa, por lo tanto, no tengo mucho que hacer. A veces ayudo mis padres y trabajo en su huerta.

Good evening sir, thanks for giving me opportunity to introduce my self. I'm suresh thakur. I'm come from west bengal it situated at india. I have a small family. My father, mother and a brother I have no sister. Frist of all my father was farmer and my mom also a homemaker. My family belong to a bad economical situation. In the avarage day I wake up before Sunshine and go for daily running practice. Then I come to home at 8 o'clock then I eat some breakfast and reading some of my study. Then at 10 o'clock I will go to my collage. I attend sevaral lacture on my subject. This is my last year collage. Afternoon come at home then I'm going to cricket ground for play cricket also. At evening before sundown I come home and spend my time with my mom in several topic. Which one what I'm I doing in my whole day. then I'm go study at my study table. at 10 o'clock of night my mom calling me for dinner and I will go for eat somthing. My mom wonderful cook I ever seen. Then I go for sleeping. I wish my parents and siblings before sleep. Thats my day

My daily round is changing,but the main things are remaining the same,though. Starting off at 7-8-9 am , doing all the basic routines , exercising a bit (usually doing some stretching in the mornings to boost my energy and keep my muscles toned) As usual figuring out what will I have for a breakfast:) As a student,having classes till 3pm,which ending depends on the day of the week . As being an entrepreneur, managing some issues related to my business,working with my costumers and increasing the quality of my products. In the meantime reading /learning/watching . During the day working out at the gym it might be a dance class ,some lifting weights,being an athlete in the past - racing work . Without a doubt , could be some unplanned things . In general,trying to enjoy the process and observe life . Can be pleased by doing nothing or by being multitasking. Enjoy!

My daily life is simple. I wake up and cook a breakfast and study something. I often do meeting every morning. I do some excise after I ate a lunch. I take a nap which is about an hour. And then I do various house work.

Describing my average day which was yesterday. Any feedback is appreciated.
