Hello everyone, my name is Jissel, I'm Colombian, and I live in Bucaramanga. I'm a psychologist currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical neuropsychology. I've also taken courses in pedagogy, which has allowed me to develop skills and values such as empathy, counseling, patience, and respect for others, among other things. Since I was a child, I've enjoyed teaching and tutoring those in need. In my free time, I also enjoy singing, reading, listening to music, learning new languages, and spending time with my family. That's why I invite you to be part of this wonderful adventure. I look forward to seeing you!
Considero que tengo las habilidades y la disposición necesarias para dar clases, porque soy una persona paciente, que se adapta fácilmente al cambio y siempre estoy dispuesta a ayudar.
I consider that I have the skills and the disposition to teach, because I am a patient person, who easily adapts to change and I am always willing to help.
En cuanto a mi método de enseñanza pretendo ser lo más práctica posible, buscando los mejores métodos de enseñanza de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada estudiante, siendo este un espacio cómodo y de interacción. De esta forma serán logrados los objetivos propuestos.

Jissel is professional, helpful, punctual, and an excellent teacer. I originally chose her because she is a psychologist and I need to learn to speak about psychology topics in Spanish. That said, Jissel exceeded my expectations with how well she explains concepts and writes corrections. Her psychology background creates a compassionate foundation which she utilizes to alter her teaching style dependent on what each student needs.. She is one of the best Spanish teachers I have experienced through Italki. She is a true gem!
