Hi! I’m Ariel Vaughn, a native English speaker from Georgia (USA) now living in sunny Valencia, Spain. With a TEFL certification and a love for lively conversations, I specialize in helping students speak English confidently—whether chatting about travel, food, or pop culture. My HarvardX Science and Cooking certificate even spices up lessons with fun foodie vocabulary!
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me playing volleyball, binge-watching documentaries, or experimenting in the kitchen (future chef here!). Let’s make learning English as enjoyable as sharing stories over coffee—mistakes welcome!عني كمعلّم
As a teacher, I will be laid-back, patient, and fun. I will have a relaxed environment, and in my class, I encourage mistakes because they are not unwelcome; they are a sign of your growth journey. In order to tailor my lessons and group classes to my students' needs, I would like to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas that need improvement. My lessons and group classes will focus on different types of conversation, including idioms and slang terms, with the aim of making the learning experience enjoyable and fun. I will use a variety of tools such as current events, TV shows, movies, books, and pictures to help my students learn.
