As an introvert, it's difficult for me talking to "strangers". Carmen makes you feel comfortable as if you were talking with a friend. She is great.

Carmen is a fantastic teacher! She is professional, cheerful, patient and always able to make me feel comfortable. During my last class she helped me prepare for my last job interview and it went very well! She listened to me and helped me a lot, preparing me to face the interview in the best possible way!!!
