Hello, my name is Miyako.
I was born in Tokyo and now live in France. I enjoy knitting, traveling, writing in my diary, and watching movies and anime. As I am also learning French, I understand the challenges of studying a new language.
My Japanese is the standard Tokyo accent.
I studied classical Japanese literature at a junior college in Japan.
Basically, my lesson is free talk style. I will type correct phrases while talking.
In my lessons, I help you express what you want to say clearly and naturally.
I worked as a secretary in Japanese companies, so I can teach business Japanese as well. I also studied dental hygiene and hold a dental hygienist license, and I have experience working at dental clinics, so I can help learners who need Japanese for dental treatment situations.

Miyako-san's approach is very conversational, which was very good to get some speaking practice. She was very kind and patient and her attitude helped me feel comfortable despite being nervous going in. A+!

The best teacher I have so far. Amazing interactive experience. I love how she actually corrects your Japanese and puts it in notes for you to study. Definitely will do more classes.

I had my first lesson with Miyako-san. It was a very easy-going conversation, since she brought up several topics and thoughts. She would also take many notes of new words and corrections in the chat, so I could focus on the conversation and not on taking notes. Looking forward to further conversation with her.

Miyako sensei is kind and fun. She helps Japanese conversation and uses useful expressions. The notes she gives during the class are also very helpful, since I can review the correct Japanese sentences after each lesson. Thank you!!

「ハムナプトラ」は日本でも大人気だったと知りませんでした。全盛期のブランドンさんの写真を見ると、本当に顔も体格もカッコいい二役目でビックリしました。今ではまるで別人見えるものの落ちぶれていなく、アカデミー賞を取れるほど演技派になってみせてくれましたね。楽しい会話で沢山面白い単語を勉強させていただいて、ありがとうございます！
