Hello; Anthony here!☺️👋 I’m 28 and, besides being a language enthusiast, I’m also an artist who loves writing, music, and anything creative or inspiring. Language, though, is my real passion. I’ve spent years exploring the history and etymology of English (my mother tongue), and I love bringing that curiosity into my teaching.
German is my strongest foreign language — I practice it daily and dream of living abroad. I’m also learning Russian (still a beginner there!) and building on what I know in Spanish, Dutch, and Norwegian. Learning languages has given me a deeper connection to people and cultures, and I’d love to share that same excitement with you. 🌍✨عني كمعلّم
As your teacher, my focus is on you. Every learner is different, and I believe real progress comes from lessons shaped around your interests, goals, and personality. That’s why conversation is at the heart of what I do — it’s not just about speaking, but about discovering the best way you learn.
I’ll adapt our sessions to fit your needs, whether that means casual dialogue, structured practice, or even diving into the fascinating world of etymology (the history of words) if you’re curious. In our lessons, we’ll stay in the language of instruction (English or German). I don’t rely much on translation — instead, I focus on helping you absorb words, phrases, and even cultural ways of thinking so they naturally sink into your long-term memory. Of course, I’ll highlight helpful cognates when they make learning easier. TEFL Certification - TEFL International Academy - 2022Anthony earned his TEFL certification through the International TEFL Academy, a program that required the successful completion of 170 hours of coursework in English language teaching methodology, lesson planning, grammar, and classroom management, along with a supervised practicum. This certification equips Anthony with the skills and credentials to teach English as a foreign language to students worldwide, both online and in person.
