Hello, and thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Teacher Mike & I’m an American English teacher living in Thailand! I’ve been teaching English for more than 12+ years & I hold a bachelor’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages so I understand the challenges that students face when using English in real-world situations vs in the classroom. I'm originally from the USA, I have an American accent that's easy to understand. ***Important*** All new students must book a trial lesson first to discuss your learning requirements and see if we're a good match. Thank you! ***Important*** I refuse to discuss politics, geopolitical issues or social issues.

I focus on conversation practice for adults only, please note that I don't teach kids. I can teach new students learning vocabulary and grammar for the first time to seasoned professionals that just want to brush up on their skills and remain fluent. If you're not comfortable with conversation yet, I can also help absolute beginners who are learning English for the very first time or coming back to it after a long break by improving your vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation before moving on to in-depth conversation. *Lesson Rescheduling Policy* -24 Hours: Reschedule or Cancel Lesson -Less Than 24 Hours: Emergency Only -Missed classes without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded*

I believe that one of the best ways to learn real-world English conversation is through conversation. While we’re talking I’ll gently correct any mistakes in your structure, grammar, or pronunciation & suggest alternative words and phrases that you can use to expand your vocabulary and sound more like a native English speaker. I have also been known to use scenes from popular movies and tv shows as a fun way to teach dialogue, sayings & slang. What can we talk about? We can talk about any topic that interests you for personal/work/study. I can help you prepare for an upcoming interview or meeting or we can discuss culture, travel, movies, food, movies, tv, music, games, or anything else
