Hi, I’m Andrés, a 22-year-old physician from Colombia with a passion for teaching. In my free time, I enjoy helping others improve their Spanish, tailoring lessons to their needs and goals. I love sharing my culture and making language learning both fun and effective.
I tailor my teaching to the goals each student wants to achieve. Whether you're aiming to reach an intermediate level for everyday conversations or improve specific skills, I’m here to help. I use videos, images, and other resources to make learning engaging while focusing on grammar, pronunciation, and listening comprehension.
I adapt my teaching method to suit my students’ preferred learning styles, making the process more effective and enjoyable. I enjoy incorporating real-life scenarios to teach the essential Spanish skills needed for practical communication. I had a great first class with Andrés. He asked me various questions to assess my Spanish level and taught me some interesting facts about Cali. He also gave me a music recommendation that we’ll review during the next class, and he recommended a Netflix documentary to learn more about Colombia and practice my listening comprehension. 😀
