Certified Priest with over 6 years' experience in the Aramaic Language and fluent Assyrian speaker Reverend Father Shimshon Temmo, hosting the TSTSHOW. I was ordained into the Priesthood and served as a Priest at St Hurmizd Cathedral, St. Mary's Parish, St George’s, St. Peters and Paul’s Parish. While performing and fulfilling my Priesthood duties in Sydney, I commenced Theological studies at Nisibis Theological College. After completing my service in Sydney, I travelled to Greece to serve the Assyrian community in St Mary's Parish, Athens and Thessaloniki. While serving as a priest in Sydney, I taught the Aramaic language to students embarking on becoming fluent readers. Upon moving to Greece, I began teaching face-to-face clergy, choir, and general parishioners the language to read during liturgical services fluently. Moreover, I also introduced the Aramaic language to the local Greek people, both academic and non-academic. My teaching expanded online, where I currently teach Aramaic to various academic and non-academic students. Likewise, I can assist those interested in Aramaic Scripture, hymns, songs, praises or general history. Always having fun and keeping it simple is the most crucial aspect of learning.
