Habari, I'm Valary Atieno. I come from Kenya and stay in Kisumu. 📌I like listening to music🎶, watching crime and comedy series📽️, swimming 🏊🏾, meeting new people, and making friends.I am also a fan of English football ⚽. Importantly, I am a very friendly and patient person. I am excited to be your Swahili tutor. Take me as a new friend, be happy, excited, and ready to learn Swahili😊. PS - Open for language exchange.

I am a very patient, fun, passionate, and dedicated teacher. I believe that with the right guidance, you too will be able to speak Swahili like a native. I urge student to learn Swahili because it is easy to learn and speak. I would love to have you in my class so that we can learn and speak Swahili together. Thank you.

دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي

A typical lesson will comprise of learning fundamental Kiswahili syntax and vocabulary and what it takes to engage in a Swahili conversation. I use simple, interesting, and effective methods of teaching. We will also practice what we learn in class through various conversation pieces. In addition, I provide supplementary learning materials to make our learning more effective. Conclusively, my lessons will be interesting, informative, and interactive.

Val has taken me from complete beginner to being able to have full conversations in Swahili. She's patient, uses various methods to teach, explains things clearly and somehow has an endless amount of interesting questions to ask, which is great when practicing conversational Swahili. And she is very easy going and open minded. Val hufanya kujifunza kiswahili kufurahisha sana na kila darasa ni nzuri sana. Nimefurahi kuendelea kujifunza Kiswahili na ninafurahi kwamba nimepata mwalimu mzuri wa kunisaidia!
