¡Salut! I'm a backpacker traveling through South America on my Motobike from Perpignan, France. I like learning in a fun and interesting way and try to make my teaching the same. I like to travel, so I know the importance of knowing at least the basics in a world that's becoming more and more global. Hola, soy Máxime de Francia. Estoy viajando por América Latina en mi moto. Soy una persona agradable y me gusta senderismo, bucear y el cine en mi tiempo libre. Se que importante es aprender idiomas en un mundo que se vuelve mas y mas global.
I've been helping foreigners to speak French in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and Paraguay for 2 years. I work hard to make my students feel comfortable and confident in their ability at whatever level they happen to have. I'm punctual, reliable and fun, always doing my best to make my classes applicable to the real world.

I like to use music, videos and images in my classes as I feel these stimulate the most conversation. I combine this with my knowledge of grammar and coloquial phrases from France that you can only learn from native speakers. Maxime's focus on heavy conversation was exactly what I needed. As someone who can speak decent French but is working toward fluency by the end of the year, his patient approach, letting me formulate my sentences without rushing, keeps lessons fun and judgment-free. That comfort makes me want to speak more, which is the whole point.
