Amone’ Swart

I've been taking lessons with Amone' for a few weeks, and she's been awesome! She's super knowledgeable about afrikaans grammar, and her lesson plans that she makes are useful and thoughtful. She is super patient and flexible as well when I diverge from the lesson plan a little bit, and can provide some insights to the culture and history around the language. I learn and a have a lot of fun during our lessons :)

After being absent for a while, I went back to my Afrikaans classes, with one of the best teachers you can find. Thanks for everything Amone

Amoné is one of my favourite teachers on Italki. I have been taking Afrikaans lessons with her for some months now and I am very happen with the progress I have made. Amoné is knowledgable, methodical and really helped me entering into the logic of the language. I am looking forward to continuing studying with her.

Op pad NA 100 klasse saam

It may possibly be the last class with Amoné, I am not entirely sure, but since August 2022 we have worked together with enthusiasm and integrity. After a while, I can say that I speak Afrikaans with some small errors that in the future I will have to refine with or without her, however I can only have words of gratitude because I think she did a good job with me, starting to teach a language from the beginning It is not an easy task. I wouldn't hesitate to take classes with her, you learn Afrikaans. If I had to say something less positive, perhaps her time availability is sometimes a bit complicated but she fixes it with great flexibility. Baie dankie Amoné, Jy het my baie gehelp, ek het net woorde van dankbaarheid... Ek hoop om jou in PTA te sien!.
