Hello! I’m Lauri, a passionate and dedicated conversational English tutor with a knack for making learning both lively and engaging. Over the past three years, I’ve had the joy of helping students from diverse backgrounds gain confidence in their English speaking skills. My journey in teaching began after I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Baruch College, where I honed my ability to connect with people and communicate effectively. Currently, I embrace the digital nomad lifestyle, traveling while working remotely, which allows me the flexibility to invest quality time in my students. I try to do a mix of activities in each lesson, focusing on different skills. So I will usually do one exercise on grammar, one exercise on vocabulary, and one or two exercises on a particular business skill like meetings, e-mails, presenting, telephoning, negotiations, small talk, etc. I also talk to you about your work week so I can give you feedback on your sentence structure and pronunciation, and simply to give you some speaking time.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

My English lesson with Lauri was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind, positive, and always smiling, which creates a wonderful atmosphere from the very beginning. I really like how talkative and communicative she is — the conversation flows completely naturally. We talked a lot about a shared topic we both enjoy, which is sports, and that made the lesson even more fun and personal. I truly enjoyed it and I’m already looking forward to our next class!
