Hello language lovers! 🌍
I’m Alina, your Ukrainian/Russian and English tutor—a native speaker with 14 years of English-learning experience (so I get the struggle!). Whether you’re starting from scratch or polishing fluency, I’ll make it feel like chatting with a friend—no stress, just progress!
Born in Ukraine, I’m passionate about sharing my culture through language. Fluent in Russian/Ukrainian, proficient in English, and currently learning Spanish (¡hola!), I turn lessons into lively exchanges with music, games, and real conversations.

We are going to have fun and useful lessons! We will listen to music, read poetry, play games. We will learn grammar, because it's a really important part of learning foreign languages, but don't worry, It's going to be easy-peasy:)
My students never hesitate to ask me anything, we become real friends! I prefer to explain my students every detail about the language they are interested in. It's so important to know WHY should you say this, this or that, not just say it because your teacher said so.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
We will start our lessons with some tests for checking your grammar, listening and reading skills and making a study plan where we'll discuss your goals and weak points. I'm providing a wide range of topics (pronouns, numerals, daily routine, slang, idioms, home, food, and many others), each topic is for a certain level and interest.
I prefer to make lessons easy and entertaining by playing games, reading interesting and funny stories, listening to music and reading lyrics. Studying is not suffering, forget about that! I'll make you love learning languages :)موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

I worked more on endings of words, which were quite difficult, but getting the hang of it, also working on adjectives in different cases!

Today, we covered seven verbs. I had to read in Ukrainian, the translate, then come up with a sentence of my own with each of the words using Ukrainian. Then Alina read me a paragraph one, then again with me translating as she read. Then she showed me the same paragraph in English and I had to translate into Ukrainian. We spent the rest of time in conversational Ukrainian talking about my week and what I did.
