I'm a native English speaking American born and raised in California!
I lived in California for 35 years until I moved to Thailand 6 years ago! In Thailand I have been teaching myself Thai for the last 6 years and have been thoroughly enjoying the challenge and experience!
I love the outdoors and I am an avid backpacker. I enjoy exploring Thailand on my motorbike and have a big interest in personal health and fitness.عني كمعلّم
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Language Education and a 120-hour TESOL certificate.
I have more than 6 years of formal teaching experience. I have over 5 years of experience teaching adults at the online ESL companies Hujiang and Likeshuo. Additionally, I have been teaching on iTalki for 2 years.
I have helped students improve their IELTS and TOEFL scores. I have helped students prepare US visa English interviews as well as important English job interviews!دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي

My lessons are NOT just "free-talk" lessons, although that is something we can do if you would like.
My lessons include pre-class PPTs and other preparation material.
My lessons include regular reviews of previous lessons, quizzes and exams, regular presentation practice, role-playing and many other techniques to help ingrain the language.

Best teacher ever! In this class we had a deep conversation about the topic and I learned a lot of new expressions in the process. Joe always gives a very quick feedback and the exact expressions I'm looking for, and he pays attention to the details and finds out the strength and weakness about me, it seems we have known each other for a long time.
