Merhaba ! I’m Elif, and I live in Istanbul. I am a certified native Turkish teacher with 11 years of experience. Communicating with different cultures and having natural, everyday conversations in Turkish is my passion! I have traveled to 11 countries, and I love writing short stories, coffee chats, music, food, and cinema.
I studied English Language and Literature as well as English Language Teaching. Thanks to my international work experience, I can easily connect with people from different nationalities. National Teaching Licence - Ministry of Education, Türkiye - 2006While I was studying English Language and Literature, I also studied National Teaching Licence for English. I completed my internship in a state elementary school, then I got my official teaching certificate.

Elif is very competent both in English and in Turkish. She's really friendly and ready to answer any questions about Turkish language, people as well as their customs and traditions. She is also ready to answer questions outside of the online session, for example by email.
