I love that Maryam asked me questions so I can answer in Hindi. She asked questions in a way that made me incorporate everything we've learned up to this point. It also made me realize that I'm more fluent in Hindi than I thought. Thank you, Maryam! :)

Maryam is genuinely one of the best language teachers I have had. She meets me where I am at while pushing me to be the best that I can be. In the month that we have been working together my confidence and language ability (and understanding) has grown. One thing I love about working with her is that she is open to feedback about our lessons and their structure. When I mention there is something I don't understand she makes sure to incorporate that into the lesson or homework. I highly recommend working with Maryam!

Such a lovely first lesson, I felt very comfortable with Maryam! She did a great job giving me a mini lesson and the flow of our lesson was really great and easy to follow. She has great energy and the lessons feel fun and interesting. Really excited to keep learning with and from her!! Highly recommend.

Maryam is a fantastic teacher! She is extremely patient and when she gives feedback she is very kind while still getting to the point. She also allows us to have many convos and role plays so I can switch my mind to think in Hindi and she waits patiently whenever it takes me a little time to translate what I'm trying to say.
