Hello! Καλημέρα! My name is Melina. I was born in Athens and I am Greek. I have a Bachelor's degree in History, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am a tutor of the first-year Psychology students at the University where I'm currently studying for my Master's degree.عني كمعلّم
I would like to offer conversational lessons in Greek. During those lessons, we can talk about topics you are interested in so you can become more flexible, develop your vocabulary and improve your speaking and listening skills. It's easier to learn when you are talking about something you enjoy but also when the format is less strict and is adapted to your needs.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I think it's important to boost a student's self-confidence. A student who is more confident is going to improve even more their speaking skills. I will guide you through each topic and conversation, talk to help you understand and mimic but also let you speak freely. If you speak without pressure, you can more easily remember the right words and learning will be faster.
I'm a very curious person so we will certainly find common interests and topics. I'm interested in neuroscience, psychology, parenting, music, movies, series, to name a few.

I realised this was my 65th lesson since starting in February 2023! Melina has been so patient and so encouraging and has helped me so much! We have many interests in common and it’s amazing to be able to have something resembling a proper conversation! Our formula for the sessions works very well. I’m so much more confident!
