Hi! I’m Alyona — a 21-year-old language lover from Ukraine. I study in Lviv and am training to become a translator.
Languages are my passion, and I’d love to share it with you!
I’ll help you learn Ukrainian in a friendly, relaxed way — whether you’re just starting or want more speaking practice.
I’m sociable and love meeting new people, so our lessons will feel more like chats than classes 😊

Ще інший чудовий урок з Альоною. Today we continued expanding the new topic we are learning and it continues to make me smile, I feel like the more I learn the more stuff falls into place and I gain a new understanding of stuff I’ve heard/read before that didn’t make sense to me. I always feel like I’ve made progress after a lesson 😊

Another great lesson with Alyona. She has a good understanding of my current level of ability, and more confidence in me than currently I have in myself - the sign of a good teacher. As always I have come away from this lesson feeling that I have made some progress. Very happy.

I just took my first lesson with Alyona. Ukrainian is my heritage language but is not a language I have kept up with over the years, so I felt nervous about my first lesson. Alyona's patient and kind demeanor helped ease my anxiety. I am looking forward to another lesson!
