Hi! I’m Alyona, a Ukrainian translator-in-training with a passion for turning language learning into lively conversations. Based in Lviv, I specialize in helping beginners grasp essentials or guiding intermediates through natural, everyday Ukrainian—think less "textbook," more *chatting with a friend* over coffee. Another great lesson with Alyona. She has a good understanding of my current level of ability, and more confidence in me than currently I have in myself - the sign of a good teacher. As always I have come away from this lesson feeling that I have made some progress. Very happy.

Ще один чудовий урок з Альоною, як завжди. With each lesson, more things fall into place and I can laugh at myself for being such a clot in the past 😂 She always explains things in an understandable way, and makes sure to practise new concepts until she’s sure I’ve got a good grip of them
