Marhaba (Hello), My name is Somaia, Egyptian with a master degree in Education. currently, living in Cairo. I enjoy teaching Arabic, and introducing the Arabic culture to others. I feel enthusiastic about trying new things, and meeting people. I enjoy reading, music, walking in the nature, as well as, appreciating history, and architecture.عني كمعلّم
Been teaching for 10+ in language schools, and universities. I am also experienced in teaching online. having taught hundreds of students from all around the world. My classes are a mix of different teaching methods, as well as, a mix of tasks that help improving the different language skills however, there is a main focus on speaking. دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي

Well prepared, professional and supportive. Somaia had a number of teaching materials at hand and was patient and encouraging as I struggled through reading and pronouncing a number of Arabic words initially. I am happy with the trial lesson and I am seriously considering taking further lessons from her.

Somaia speaks the right mix of Arabic and English for me as Mid Intermediate student. She can answer my translation questions, but we spoke 95% of the time in Arabic. She accommodated my tie-in's from my self-directed studies, while also providing a structured lesson to support my goals in colloquial dialogue.
