Hello! My name is Rosie, and I’m a native Estonian speaker currently based in Bristol, England. I have been teaching languages for over four years, a career that has introduced me to people from many different backgrounds and deepened my appreciation of diverse cultures. Alongside teaching, I also work as a freelance photographer. Over the past 26 years, I’ve traveled to more than 35 countries and have lived in three of them: the United Kingdom, Mexico, and the United States.

Don’t forget, these are your lessons so feel free to ask advice about anything you desire. If we keep talking and having a conversation, you’ll learn new phrases and sayings in no time. I will be your language teacher, best friend or whomever you need me to be that day. A carefree and friendly environment is what we are going for, only positive and happy vibes.
My lessons are going to be mainly conversational, available for both beginners and advanced-level students. The structure of my classes is split into 4 parts: talking, reading, listening and analyzing written homework. Every student is different hence why I am flexible and will tailor my lessons based on your level and needs.

Bachelors of Art - Solent University - 2021This was a 3-year-long BA course on Fashion Styling & Creative Direction. I acquired this degree in England, in Southampton. The course involved a lot of photography, graphic design, working with multiple creatives and coming up with conceptual art projects.

Rosie is very kind, proactive and also intelligent and entertaining teacher. Her approach to teaching is strategic and she reflects my skills and needs. We use different kinds of teaching materials and resources. Our lessons are well balanced mix of conversation, grammar and exercises. Rosie also provides useful and interesting information about Estonia. I can definitely recommend her for anyone interested in learning this beautiful language.

I've had about 6 months worth of weekly lessons with Rosie. The lessons always go smoothly and we never run out of things to talk about. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone that's trying to push their conversational level from B1 to B2.

I’ve been taking lessons with Rosie for over 9 months now, and her lessons have helped my Estonian to reach a level that I never thought I’d be able to reach. I went from only being able to have simple conversations where I didn’t understand 75%-90% of what was said, to being able to converse much more confidently and comfortably on a variety of topics.
